Agreement
By visiting this site or buying from Xeven, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy our products.
SECTION 02
What we sell
Xeven sells digital products: an eBook of AI prompts for Shopify and Etsy sellers (PDF), a companion Google Sheet, and bonus guides. Everything is delivered electronically. Nothing is shipped.
SECTION 03
License
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the prompts and guides in your own business.
You can
- Use the prompts in your own business
- Use the text they help you create in your stores and for your customers
You can't
- Resell or redistribute the eBook, Google Sheet, or bonus guides
- Share or publish them, in whole or in part
SECTION 04
Purchases and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Payments are handled by a third-party checkout provider, whose terms also apply to your payment. We may change prices at any time, but a change does not affect an order you have already placed.
SECTION 05
Delivery
After payment is confirmed, you receive access to your files through our checkout provider. Please keep your files safe. If you do not receive them, email us and we will help.

Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. You can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase.

No guarantee of results
Our products are educational and help you write faster. We do not promise any sales, rankings, traffic, income, or profit. Your results depend on your product, market, effort, and many other factors outside our control.
SECTION 08
AI output and your responsibility
AI tools can make mistakes, invent facts, or produce content that does not suit your situation. You are responsible for reviewing everything before you publish or send it, and for following the rules of the platforms you use (such as Shopify, Etsy, Meta, and TikTok) and the laws that apply to your business. Nothing we provide is legal, tax, or financial advice.

Intellectual property
All content in our products and on this site, including text, layout, and branding, belongs to Xeven and is protected by copyright. Other companies' names and trademarks belong to their owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
SECTION 10
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, try to disrupt it or access it without permission, share your files with others, or use our products to break any law or platform rule.
SECTION 11
Disclaimer and limit of liability
Our products and site are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. To the extent the law allows, Xeven is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be waived.
